Vasily Stepin is a professional real estate broker and attorney specializing in investment transactions and value-add real estate. He is the owner and principle of Stepin Realty with Keller Williams, a small but effective team of 4 individuals, who sold and closed 157 transactions in 2017 totaling just over 40 Million in sales volume. In 2018 he shifted his focus to almost entirely new construction and is now teamed with some of the premier builders in Seattle. His goal, with every transaction, is to provide the highest level of service and value possible with each and every transaction. His legal background provides the foundation for dealing with more complex and nuanced issues that arise in the real estate industry. In 2018, he co-founded Tolmie Capital, a privately held real estate development and investment company focused on developing luxury house alternatives in the broader Seattle area. Tolmie Capital has created a unique model by attracting a consortium of investors along with structured partnership with reputable builders to capitalize on the development opportunity in the Seattle market. In his free time he enjoys biking, exercising, reading, and flying his Cessna around the puget sound!
