Attorney Natella Royzman has worked with clients in the many different areas and industries, including professional services, entertainment, real estate, advertising, retail, beauty, health and wellness, medical, veterinary, art, fashion, hospitality, and food & beverage.
Ms. Royzman attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she received honors for her skills in oral advocacy, negotiation and settlement. While in law school she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford, United States Bankruptcy Judge. She also worked as an intern for the Office of the United States Trustee – the branch of the United States Department of Justice responsible for overseeing and supervising the bankruptcy process.
Ms. Royzman has represented individual and businesses dealing with debt concerns – whether in liquidation, reorganization and litigation – as well as creditors’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings, including claims analysis and defense, actions involving dischargeability of debt, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and obtaining relief from the automatic stay. She has also represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in all aspects of case administration, litigation and collections.
