Mr. Stolyar is a Harvard Law grad with more than a dozen years of experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation in state court, federal court, and arbitrations. He has represented Fortune 500 companies (e.g., General Electric, Mattel, and Exelon), as well as a major foreign government and multiple international conglomerates, and has litigated cases involving a broad range of legal issues, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, RICO, trademark and copyright infringement, employment, probate and commercial real estate disputes.
Mr. Stolyar has served on the board of directors for the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation, has been a contributing author to California Business Litigation, co-headed the Fiduciary Litigation Practice at Akin Gump, and is a frequent speaker at various panels and conferences including fiduciary issues and litigation.
