The Law Office of Todd Becraft was established in 2009 when Todd Becraft acquired the law practice of Timothy Everett, now an immigration judge at the Adelanto Detention Facility. Previously Mr. Becraft was an associate at the Law Office of Judith Wood and Jesse Moorman, a boutique immigration firm located in the artist’s district in Los Angeles.

Irwin Avelino is of counsel and is an expert in employment based visas and is fluent in Tagalog. Daniel Huang is of counsel and he is an expert in investor visas and transactional immigration matters. Daniel is fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin.

Paralegals Sandy Gomez and Dennis Escobar are both native Angelinos who received their formative immigration law training while clerking at the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) in Los Angeles. Both are fluent in Spanish. Marine Dolian has worked with our firm for over ten (10) years as a legal assistant and is fluent in Armenian and Russian.
