Elena is CEO/Principal Broker of Park River, Director of Residential Sales & Leasing of GAIA, and CEO of GAIA Property Management in New York. Acting as direct report to the Managing Partner, Elena provides senior management to a department of 10 staff members and manages over 300 individual condo units, while liaising with other company departments, vendors, consultants, and the brokerage community domestically and internationally. She is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and overseeing the sales and marketing team, and providing strategic thought, innovation, and solutions for marketing and sales initiatives while maintaining all daily operations of the in-house efforts of the company. Elena also serves as the President and Vice President of various condo boards in NYC.
