Brooke Winner, MD

Brooke Winner, M.D., is a fellowship-trained specialist in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Born and raised in Alaska, she attended Stanford University as an undergraduate, University of Washington in Seattle for medical school, and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis for her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, followed by a two-year fellowship there in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She was then appointed to the faculty at the Washington University School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecology, where she performed surgeries, taught residents, and did research for four years. During that time, Dr. Winner was also paid by the university-affiliated hospital to assist general obstetrician-gynecologists with difficult laparoscopic hysterectomies.
